A beginner question

I would like to clarify one thing:

- In case there is a ATM CBR 2M PVC connection, is it mean that the
PVC can support up to 2M inbound and 2M outbound data at the same time
(that is, the total bandwidth is 4M). Or a 2M CBR ATM PVC is means the
PVC can support up to 2M traffic, on either inbound or outbound, or
both at the same time?
