ATM/Ethernet Switching

Our organization is trying to develop a level of
competency in ATM switching and hope that you
might assist us in our efforts to ramp up.

We are wondering what are the best areas on the
Internet that one can visit to aid us in the
learning process, or where do most ATM experts
(RTOS experts in particular)with a high level of
competency go to enhance their knowledge and get
answers to their questions? We are particularly
interested in comprehensive Web sites, mailing
lists, newsnets, online services, associations,
user groups, and publications that you have found
valuable in your learning process.

We are a consulting firm and a number of our
clients have requested services in desktop ATM
to fast ethernet switching. We seek this
information to better serve our clients as well
as hire additional consultants to provide talent
of a superior level. For example, we are assisting
one current client on an ATM/Ethernet switching
product that will utilize the latest developments
in RTOS, OOP, and networking protocols. As this
project will involve proprietary development,
we will need all the information available as well
as at least 1 Senior Embedded Software Engineer and
1 Network Management Expert.

As an expert in network/communication protocols, we
value your opinion and thank you for whatever
suggestions you may be able to provide.
