It's time to start working on the San Jose agenda. Please send email to
George and me (just reply to this message) if you would like to have time
on the agenda, the name of your internet draft (or proposed name if you
haven't submitted it yet), and some estimate of how much time you will
need.

Please read http://www.ietf.org/instructions/slides.html for formatting
instructions for your overheads.

Just a note: We expect to be multicast again, and I believe the
secretariate is going to be enforcing new rules for multicast sessions that
require overheads to be prepared and submitted in soft copy in advance of
the meeting, so that they can be broadcast as a part of the multicast (this
was discussed at the last plenary session). There may also be electronic
projection equipment in the multicast rooms as well.

Please send the soft copy of your overheads to me in either Postscript or
Powerpoint (as an email enclosure or uploaded to
ftp://ftp.nexen.com/incoming/), and I will make sure that they get to the
right place. I will also put them into the ion FTP site,
ftp://ftp.nexen.com/pub/ion/, so that people listening to the multicast
can, if they desire, download them and read them locally during the
session.

Thanks,
Andy
