Such was the point of the simple announcement of the
existence of an experimental web page where comments
on the more problematic IETF standards and documents
were to be put.

More to the point, the IETF intimidatori apparently cannot
tolerate the existence of a forum for the discussion of
the problems with IETF proposals outside of control
of said intimidatori.

The request should have been directed to
