Encapsulation method for IPv6

Dear,

Which is used for IPv6 encapsulation over AAL5, LLC or 
NLPID encapsulation in draft-ietf-ion-ipv6-nbma-01.txt?

In RFC1483, LLC encapsulation is used for multiprotocol over AAL5.

But above means that NLPID encapsulation is used for IPv6 over AAL5.
