For some background on the relationship between cell utilisation,
cell size, and 'typical' IP packet sizes try the following URL:

[If you haven't got a Web client, the above reference basically means
 use anonymous ftp to "ftp.ee.mu.OZ.AU", use BINARY mode to grab
 "gja.IP.ATM.revised.IEEE.Network.ps.Z" in directory "/papers/kma",
 uncompress it, then display or print it as a postscript file.]
