Question on RFC1577.

Watch it on this one or you are going to get fired up.....<g>  And no,
please do not start a new thread.  I'd rather folks get back to 
talking about the multicasting solution and begin to think about
updates to the framework document.

I think the ARPServer issue/horse is beaten, dead, and pushing
up daisies.  We have implementations out there now that have
working solutions for the ARP server.  The time to make any 
modification to RFC1577 comes when we do the proposed to draft
turn and that won't be for many months yet.  For now,  it would
be great if implementations follow the current proposed draft.

I've filed away these last few conversation threads in my rewrite
notes. We'll discuss it again at a later time please.  Sound ok?
