Question on RFC1577.

I don't think Craig's implementation needs our concern. It will work
fine as the current rfc stands, or with Mark's likely new version.

And now, perhaps to not be as extremist as I may have seemed, I've
never believed we actually _need_ any more information in the B-LLI.
It has always been necessary and sufficient for the SETUP to simply
say "this is for an LLC entity". The idea of having the SETUP also
identify the LLC client was really only a more convoluted solution
to ensuring the ARP Server wasn't "InARPing" some unsuspecting
end-node that didn't want ARP Server service (you may now take a breath).
Mark's likely mod to rfc1577 solves the problem in a way I much prefer.
It is probably also worth noting that additional info in the SETUP's
B-LLI will not avoid the race condition Brad noted.
