I've put up a web page that contains links to each version of the
ipmc draft that I've issued since last August. For each link
I've added commentary on some of the key issues in each revision
(from the original IGMP based model, through the introduction of
 multicast server support, revision of the block join/leave mechanisms,
 and rationalization of large slabs of text).

I also intend to add links from this page to a superset of the slides
I presented at San Jose and Danvers. These will be announced as I
get them done :)
