peoples,

I'm hoping to sit down this weekend and start incorporating the feedback
I've received into a revision of draft-ietf-ipatm-ipmc-04.txt.
If anyone is sitting on a comment they have, or has a clarification
to request, I'd love to hear from them :-)

(this revision is not being timed for the April IETF, although
 I'll be happy to discuss it there if desired).
