We can support the LIS having large physical distance, both by VC-mesh and by server. But, when the number of LISes in the given domain is large, there is a scaling issue. Then, as Curtis pointed out, appropriate address aggregation is needed. As a result, the product of the number of LISes and the geographical size of LISes must NOT be large. Regards, Hiroshi Esaki |
