ARP and NHRP question

A minor tangent to what started this...

Whilst I understand your broader concern, perhaps we're not telling
the world clearly enough that these acronyms are all related.
Certainly the MPOA group is not planning on being an independent
protocol relative to the rest. It will tie together NHRP, MARS, and LANE
as appropriate.

The question of how much text really needs to go in classic2-00.txt
covering the classic -> nhrp transition is, however, reasonable.
