Can you be more specific.  Do you or don't you have intellectual
property rights claims on this.

This is open ended.  If you aren't sure, then I suggest that the WG
hold the document until you can find out if you do.  If you do, I
suggest that you be more specific in stating what they are and under
what terms usage is granted to others.
