Regarding LDP Specification - Next hop change trigger in Appendix A.1.7

      NH.10  Is there a New Next Hop for the FEC?
             If not, goto NH.16.

My slim understanding is, this procedure will be called only when old next hop changes to new next hop.
Then, what are we going to check here ?
      1. Are we checking if this Route is deleted from the routing table ?
      2. Are we checking if this has become an egresss for the FEC?

[2] In convensional IP routing protocol, what will be the nexthop entry in routing table for an egress router ?
     how do we find that we are ingress & egress of the FEC

If somethings of this is discussed, please give me a pointer to this.
