CR-LDP or RSVP-TE

I have been reading a lot of white papers about MPLS and its signaling protocols CR-LDP and RSVP-TE, but I m still in doubt: If I have VOIP over MPLS, the best choose to LDP is CR-LDP or RSVP-TE?
