label request object with ATM label range (c-type=2)

Does anyone know if cisco or Juniper can accept an RSVP-TE PATH message,

with the label request object using a c-type of 2 (specifying an ATM
label range) ?  My observations are that Cisco rejects a Ctype of 2,
with an error code of 14 (unknown object c-type) and only accepts a
C-type of 1. If supported, what are the commands, if not supported, does

anyone know if it is planned for a future release?
