Hi All,

Thanks a ton for all the valuble suggestions.  A couple of queries still in my mind.

a. I understand that the "mpls ip" command enables LDP. The configuration details on Cisco's site indicate this command as an interface command, & not global. Correct me if I am wrong.

b. Are the "MPLS" commands (non Cisco propietary" available in the 12.1 (S) / (T) versions? Becuase I had seen a mention that even 12.1(6) only supports the "tag" commands.

c. Will this configuration as given below be okay on  a core (P) router with traffic engineered tunnels?

hostname core1
!
ip cef
mpls traffic-eng tunnels
!
interface e0/0
mpls traffic-eng tunnels
ip rsvp bandwidth XXXXXX
mpls ip
!
interface s0/0
mpls traffic-eng tunnels
ip rsvp bandwidth XXXXXX
mpls ip
!
interface loopback 0
ip address x.y.a.b
!
router ospf 1
mpls traffic-eng area 0
mpls traffic-eng router-id loop0

Kindly enlighten me.

With warm regards,
Vinod.
