Hi, i just checked with CISCO software download site. I searched for 12.0 IOS releases. I found the rsp-jsv-mz.120-9.bin which may be suitable for your case (12.0.9 is GD - General Deployment). This is an Enterprise edition and thus the NAT functionality should be present. I do not recommend an IP ONLY or IP version because i am not sure if the NAT is included.
