One more thing, in case of ATM, we can't have label aggregation / merging,
as we have in case of MPLS over PPP. Since here VCI/VPI identifies the
connection at link level.
In case of label stack, what is done if there are heterogeneous networks
(e.g. ATM switches and LSRs) ?
