RE: ATM Label stack processing

Still not clear for me:
1.Does ATM LER setup LSP over ATM by means of LDP?
2.Does it mean that label stack shall contain only LER hops and no ATM LSR 
hops?
3.Does it mean that in mpls traceroute only two hops (ingress and egress 
LER) will show up when traversing over ATM MPLS network? Same for TTL in the 
stack?
