relationship with the number and type of hops in an LSP. So, there are not
as much labels as hops in the LSP. MPLS does not work that way.

	[Javier Antich]  ATM-LSRs are not able to decrement the TTL value in
the MPLS shim header. I am not sure if there is any mechanism so that the
ingress node in the MPLS-ATM LSP decrements the TTL value by the number of
hops. In any case the ATM-LSRs (ASAIK) do not appear in the traceroute.
Normal Frame Based LSRs may appear, depending on how you configure your MPLS
network.
