Vinod,

This is such a broad question.  I first would refer you to the RFCs/drafts.
Second there are a couple of white papers on the MPLS resource center web
site that discuss the differences.  Third, I imagine some of the answers
would involve some opinion, so beware - or at least consider that as an
influencing factor.  Lastly, the primary difference that affects network
operation is probably the the soft state of RSVP vs. the hard state of LDP.
Again, this may or may not be an issue [and for all readers I am not trying
to get a long thread started here so please...] depending on the solution
and design an implementer selects.
