MPLS, VPN-SC lab for testing

Hi,

My company is developing a billing mediatiion soloution for MPLS VPN-SC enviroment.
For testing purposes, we are looking to lease/rent a lab space where we can test our software.
Does anyone know of a Lab with at minimum following setup that we can lease/rent ?

* 2 CE routers connected to 2 PE routers.
* 2 PE routers connected to one or more core routers via OC3 or OC12 POS connection.
* 1 Cisco VPNSC system controlling all of these
