Thanks Gopal. Hmm... seems like there is some bugs
with the IOS Feature Navigator Tool. 

If u click D to do a alphabetic search and select
DiffServ aware traffic engineering, u will see that it
is supported on 12.2.4T or 12.2.4T1.

If u type "Diff-serv-aware" (type the exact word) in
the Search field, u will see that it is supported only
on the GSR/7500 with the ST train only.

Anyway, will try out 12.2.4T1. FYI, 12.2.4T have
problem when u use MPLS/VPN and TE on the same router.
THe vrf ping just can't go through the tunnel.
Changing the IOS to 12.0.18ST works.
