Hi Carlos, 

  The fact is that it is not a real reservation. Therefore you need to
activate some more features to get the QoS you want, or something similar.
You should police in the customer interfaces and you should mark your
customer traffic according to the traffic class it should belong and
prioritize it accordingly accross your backbone.
