In case the LSP to be created is devoid of any traffic constraints then 
the FEC  boils down to only the IP Address.
Otherwise the FEC will additionally contain the traffic parameters also.

FTN is the mapping between FEC and LSPs and one FEC can
have more than one LSP associated with it.
