I have a doubt, it maybe a simple one..
If the Tunnel has no signalled LSP associated with it,
then how would it come into existence.
Is it created without the use of labels ?
Is it created using static routing ?
It is
configured. TE tunnel heads are generally
not created automatically; they are created statically
via a provisioning tool or by the operator directly. The
FEC-to-tunnel mapping is also sometimes static, but can
be automatically assigned by the IGP.
