In a RR design you will need: In a cluster: Each PE needs to have a iBGP VPNv4 session to the RRs. If you have 2 session you can use peer-group. The RRs must have a normal iBGP VPNv4 session with each other. The RR must have a bgp cluster id to avoid loops. If more than a cluster is used: The RR must have a iBGP session to others RR. The internet routing architectures book from cisco press is a great reference for BGP designs. Marcelo.
