Hi All.,
I have a very general doubt about the PATH_TEAR mechanism in GMPLS.
Picturing the flow in the scenario below:
1.The Ingress Optical node initiates a Teardown using PATHTEAR
2.It does simultaneously releases the resources and does NOT wait for a reply from the downstream.

3.But if there is a error downstream then how does the Ingress come to know of it?
Is there something like a TEAR_ERROR.

 Any replies are appreciated..
