   In  draft-ietf-mpls-te-mib-07.txt mplsTunnelTotalUpTime & mplsTunnelInstanceUpTime are read-create ?
   shouldn't this be read-only ?

Yes. This is a typo that has been pointed out several times, and will
be corrected in the next revision.  Thanks.
