Doubt on label set

 Hi ,

I've one doubt regarding label set object in gmpls.
In draft mpls-generalised-signalling-05.txt ,it says label set is
composed of one or more Label_Set objectss/TLVs.

Format of the Label_Set object is
_______________________________________________________________
Action    reserved       Label Type     Subchannel1    ...
....        Subchannel N
_______________________________________________________________

In this format each Subchannel is corrosponding to one label .

So what i have not understood from this is whats the use of including
more than one Label_Set object  in the label set  bcoz
whatever labels upstream node wants to give the downstream nodes can
include in only one Label_Set object

All the  answers would be highly appreciated
