TE parameter mapping for heterogeneous networks.

Hi Everybody,

The QoS information and the TE treatment ,a traffic expects from the
network, has to be mapped when the traffic enters a dissimilar network,
from where it was emerged.
How are these mappings done ? For example, how the DSCP or EXP fields are
mapped to the CLP or drop precendence fields ?
Which mapping happens for the TE parameters which were negotiated earlier
for one network ?
A simple example:

User_A -->(((MPLS Cloud)))?(((ATM Cloud)))--->User_B.

what happens at "?", i.e. at the internetworking equipment.
