Dear Leticia Cozart:
     Simply to say, penultimate hop poping means that the label stack may be
popped at the penultimate LSR of the LSP,ranther than at the egress LSR.And
for a new guy in this field, I can't say too many things which I' mnot sure
about, so I sugguest you can say some datails in RFC 3031, page 17-19.
