Paul, I've spoken with a few enterprises in the U.S. and Europe that are planning to deploy MPLS within their networks. They tend to be large financial institutions that run their own ATM networks and are looking to MPLS to provide better support for native IP environments. I've also heard of a few that are looking at MPLS for TE in large IP environments. In addition, we've spoken to a large number of clients who are actively looking at MPLS-VPN services from the major carriers. Mostly as a frame relay replacement. Unfortunately I can't divulge any specifics due to NDAs. Hope this helps. Hello all, Has anyone heard of, or know of, an Enterprise using MPLS? There are of course several benefits to be had, but I am interested in hearing how MPLS is being used by the enterprise. As well, which enterprises are using MPLS.
