Do not bank on the ERX as an Edge Device anymore...Thsi is what I got from 
some recent ex-employees:

The ERX is being positioned and focused going
forward strictly as a BRAS, with the M-series focused
on edge routing.

Of course this development is at odds with the very
successful "one box solution" story that UNI
pitched. Internally the plan is for no new
development of edge routing features on the
ERX.

Nortel/Shasta - yeah maybe technically...but do you think Nortel might dump 
IP again soon?

Cosine is the other box to look at that does it very well.
