Do you mean Voice over IP over MPLS, or any Voice over MPLS direct 
implementation. About the second I do not know about any. About the 
first, the performance should be the same as voice over IP in general, 
because MPLS does not necessarily mean an improvement in performance 
vs. IP routing, but depending on the specific hardware, it might. 

Among other things, MPLS may give you a better control over the path 
that the voice over IP traffic follows, ensuring for example that it 
goes always through low delay links, etc. On the other hand if you 
implement things like Path protection or Fast Reroute, the impact on 
the voice conversations of a link or node failure will be minimal, 
whereas without MPLS and these features will take longer to recover the 
service.
