latency and jitter in L2VPNs is not handled in any specific way, it is 
not a L2VPN or MPLS related issue, as I see it. It is a matter of which 
queuing and priorization mechanisms do you use in your box, no matter 
if it is MPLS, L2 or L3, or just IP.
