I have done tests with Video over IP, both Multicast and unicast on top of a L2 MPLS VPN Lasserre. Around 100 Mbps of IP Multicast and some unicast sessions (4 Mbps each) on a fully loaded network using Smartbits. With adequate priorization the image in the TV is just perfect.
