A shared Internet Access via the MPLS cloud is indeed not a new solution.
However, a few I've encountered so far do not provide the NAT at the
"gateway" within the MPLS cloud. They still require each site accessing the
Internet gateway to have their own NAT - thus not a true Internet gateway.

NAT provided within the MPLS would definitely be something to be looked
forward to... and yes I believe Cisco has such solutions.... but not sure
which network providers are offering such service... would be interesting to
know
