Hello all,

I am a newbie at MPLS and I have few questions.

1. Will the standard MPLS mibs like TE, LSR and FTN mibs be implemented on all MPLS devices ? Does Cisco and Juniper comply to the standard MIBs ? Or is there any variation.

As I am learning I was able to build a simple LSP and Tunnel from a 4 node network(2 LER and and 2 LSR)

2. I was trying to get the FTN Mib from the oidview.com and I realized they didnt have it.Apart from the internet draft is there a location from which I can get the standard MIB ?

3. Assuming I have 2 VoIP traffic (for 2 different destination )which I like to model with 2 seperate tunnels in my test environment, should I use the FTN Mibs to ensure traffice to gets routed to appropriate tunnels ?

4. Does Cisco/Juniper implement FTN Mibs in their devices ?

5. If there are IP packets about to enter the MPLS cloud through the ingress routers, on what basis will IP packets be routed to appropriate LSPs or tunnels.( Is that the reason why we need FTN ? )

Thanks for your time.
Kurien.
