along with configuring mpls-te globally, and on each interface, you need to
configure mpls te in the ospf (or isis) process to generate the opaque-are
lsas.
examples
Globally on all MPLS-TE routers:
ip cef {distributed}
mpls traffic-eng tunnels
On interfaces participating in the MPLS-TE tunnel
mpls traffic-eng tunnels
ip rsvp bandwidth [interface-kbps]
(if IGP == OSPF)
router ospf <x>
mpls traffic-eng router-id Loopback0
mpls traffic-eng area <y>
(if IGP == IS-IS)
router isis <x>
mpls traffic-eng router-id Loopback0
mpls traffic-eng level-{1,2}
metric-style wide
hope this helps.

from Cisco router? I mean which commands to
use/configure on Cisco router wherein which it
generates TE LSAs.
Thanks a lot
