How can I know a peer leave the VPLS instance ?

Hello,MPLS-ops:
    According to draft-ietf-ppvpn-bgpvpn-auto-03.txt, we can find a peer of the same  VPLS Instance by VPN-ID Extended Community in BGP update pacekt.
	My question is , How can I know the peer leave the VPLS instance ,then ?
