Help CSPF

Hello all:
    Ingress LSR executes CSPF,the Input is IGP resource information and MPLS AS network topology.the Output is node-by-node routing information,which used by RSVP-TE to establish LSP paths.does anybody answer my question?
    Question:
    1.where can IGP get BW information? from RSVP!
    2.IGP maintained Network Topology Database,so if CSPF need to access this DB,IGP must share all of the contents of its DB.right?
