In this scenario, you are not putting BGP into IGP and IGP back to BGP.
 
So it is not a problem.
 
However, in other case he was doing that, which is why I was asking.
 
That is not needed even if you have 2 hubs, it would still work if there is static/default routing..
 
The case where it was mentioned RD would change was a different one.

That is the intention. The spokes here only have a route to the hub.
