i was wrong in referring to the rfc...no problems as far as rfc goes -for
l2 ce.

the workaround is for junos prior to the vrf-table-label command(or h/w vt
interface)something about vrf not able to arp...i think prior junos 5.4..

in such scenarios the below workaround is relevant ....i needed clarity on
