Yugandhar,
You are not doing any Rip-Bgp redist.
Try these on Pe1 and Pe2 to check if the routes are being propogated.
show ip rip database vrf Bank2
show ip bgp vpnv4 vrf Bank2
show ip route vrf Bank2
show tag-switching forwarding-table vrf Bank2

Yugandhar,

This is very normal. WHen you bind some interfaces to a VRF, they are
removed from the
kernel database (or the global routing table) and you cannot thus view them
ordinarily.
Since those interfaces (FastEthernet0/0 and 0/1) have been put into VRFs,
you are unable
to ping them from the PE itself.

Moreover, if the CEs are able to ping these interfaces - what is the
problem? Why do you
want to ping them from anywhere else? You cant do that.

Subject: [MPLS-OPS]: problem in implementing the BGP MPLS VPN

Hi all

I have a problem in implementing the BGP MPLS VPN setup. Here Iam giving
the network
diagram and configuration of one PE router. Iam unnable ping to the own
interfaces of PE2
but I can ping interfaces of PE from the CE routers........means as shown
in the network
diagram I can ping PE2-------- F0/0 & F0/1 from the CE1(Bank1) and
CE2(Bank2),but from
PE2 I can't ping its own interfaces. RIP is enabled on all CE-PE links.

Bank1\ /Bank2
            \ /

              \ /

            / \
