Yugandhar When you
try to ping the PE interface from the same PE router, the PE router instead of referring
the VRF for the VPN of which this PE interface is the member, it refers the
global routing table. But the global routing table does not has any information
about the PE interface hence it is not able to ping the interface from the router.
In order ping the PE interface from the router you need to do Ping vrf bank1 Regards Kartik -----Original

diagram and configuration of one PE router. Iam unnable ping to the
own interfaces of PE2 but I can ping interfaces of PE from the CE
routers........means as shown in the network diagram I can ping

CE2(Bank2),but from PE2 I can't ping its own interfaces. RIP is enabled on all
