Hi

It seems that i did not start searching at the right place . My search end 
at ATM Forum and
found the relevant standard :
1-ATM-MPLS Network Interworking (N-to-One Mode).
2-ATM-MPLS Network Interworking Ver 2.0
3-ATM-MPLS Network Interworking Ver 1.0

So pls ignore question "A" and "B" ,appreciate a reply for "C" and "D" below 
.
