if I understand you correctly, you are trying to see the VPN routes on PE. In that case, you should exec:
sh ip route vrf <vrf_name>

on the PE.


is not listing any thing on PE routers, as a result Iam not able to ping the CE2 from the CE1. If anybody needs full configurations for clarification I can send.
 
the CE not learning the routes could be a redistibution issue. do send in the configs.
