I've submitted a new draft of NHRP to CNRI.  Within 24 hours of
sending it, the IANA assigned an IP Protocol Number (54 decimal)
sending it, the IANA assigned an IP Protocol Number (54 decimal)
for NHRP.  I've updated the draft and reposted it to CNRI, and I
haven't seen the original announced yet, so there's some hope
that I caught it in time.  If not, substitute "54" for "TBD"
and you'll be all set.  ;-)
